Health risks linked to instant gratification

Instant gratification gives us an addictive high that we cannot describe to others. The high is an invisible drug that we are unconsiously addicted to every second of everday. Instant gratification has been considered to be considered to be innovative drug..innovative? yes..innovative, we as humans have made it that way and we love it! Yikes!!

As great as getting that item or service immediately may sound, their are some health risks asociated with this type of lifestyle. Many people experience exhuastion, anxiety, fear, anger which are all symptoms of high blood pressure, stress, panic attacks and mental health issues. As people we bypass these symptoms as if they do not affect us but in reality, these potential symptoms and or health problems can lead to an early grave. Changing our habits from the lifestyle we live, is critical to our longivity and quality of life. We can reverse the instant lifestyle with what we do and how we do it.

Instant gratification is the innovative drug today

People underestimate the power of a non tangible drug. The nature of it hides inside of us and waits to be activated by the trained habit instant gratification. Once instant gratification (also known as the silent opioid) is activated, we have a difficult road ahead of us attempting to eliminate its power. The strategy and trained nature of “Buy Now”, “Do Now”, “Want Now”, create addictive symptoms that draw us into a lifestyle like a cult group being told what to do…
